•Matric Certificate, Degree/Diploma pitched at NQF Level 7 or above, in the training and Development within Education sector. •5 years relevant experience of which 3 years should be at Management level , in the  training and development  within the education sector will be preferable•Computer literate, Research, Policy Development, English writing, Networking, Facilitation

•Ability to speak at least  two South African languages•Managerial and Interpersonal skills. •Demonstrate knowledge of South African Schooling System, SACE Professional and teacher regulatory framework and applicable legislations• Knowledge of Computer, Research, Conceptualisation, Policy Analysis, Communication, Writing, Networking, Facilitation and Presentation
