CEO's Message

It is the time of the year to reflect on the work that we have undertaken and make good cheer as we celebrate the achievements and some of the milestones that were attained in the outgoing year. It is also relevant during this period to look at the challenges encountered and proposed solutions as we move forward.

Firstly, on behalf of SACE, we salute learners and teachers for their perseverance towards quality education, in spite of challenges. May the matriculants do well in preparation for a good life.

The Ministry, Departments of Education, Teacher Unions and other Educational stakeholders deserve credit for battling to improve the education system and learner achievements. We still have a long way to go.

SACE Councillors, committee members and staff are always appreciated for being in the forefront for teacher professionalism.

SACE has come a long way and it now operates from its own home 240 Lechen Avenue, Crossway Park, Centurion. The home of the teaching profession.

Let us all do our bit to continue to transform and build the education system and our society. As Mahatma Gandhi said:  “Let us be the change we want to see.”
